Take suji in a bowl add chopped onion, raisins, Cashews salt,Schezwan Sauce and water and mix well and keep aside for 1010-mins.
After 10-mins heat nonstick Dosa tava spread dosa batter jently by poring with spoon and cook till crisp fold from 3-sides and serve with Schezwan coconut Chutney.
For Chutney grind 1/2-cup desiccated coconut, 1-tbsp roasted gram dal, 1-tbsp Schezwan Sauce 1/2-tsp salt and 1-2 cup water and grind into smooth Chutney
Serve hot Schezwan onion rava dosa with Schezwan coconut Chutney
